Directions:
- In a large saute pan, melt butter
- Add green onions and garlic and cook on medium for about 5 minutes
- Reduce heat to low and slowly add milk, whisking well.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Add parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper
- Add Boursin Light and mix until smooth.
- Add spinach and combine well with sauce.
- Cook until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately
