Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of water
1/2 cup uncooked quick-cooking grits
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a medium sauce pan
- Gradually stir in grits
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes
- Stir in milk
- Remove from heat and add salt, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and cheese
- Stir until cheese melts
- Serve immediately
