Directions
- Cook the orzo according to the instructions. Cover and keep warm
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and saute for 1 minute
- Add garlic and saute for 1 minute
- Stir in wine, salt, and pepper, and bring mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add parsley and lime juice.
- Cook 1 minute, then serve over the orzo.
