Directions - Chicken:
- Add oil to skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cover chicken breasts with flour.
- Place chicken breasts in heated skillet and cook on each side for 4 minutes.
- Add white wine and mushrooms and turn to low heat.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve chicken on place mushrooms on top.
Ingredients - Spinach:1 bag spinach leaves1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil1 teaspoon garlic salt

- Sprinkle skillet with garlic salt.
- Add spinach to skillet and stir constantly until spinach is wilted. (This is FAST, so do this right before you serve.)
